**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Efficiently manage calendars and schedule appointments, meetings, property viewings, and events for the real estate agent, team leader, and investor.

2. Monitor and respond to emails on behalf of the real estate agent, team leader, and investor, prioritizing urgent messages and handling correspondence professionally.

3. Assist in coordinating real estate transactions by gathering necessary documents, ensuring accuracy, and submitting paperwork on time.

4. Review transaction documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with brokerage policies and legal regulations.

5. Communicate with clients to provide updates on transactions, address inquiries, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.

6. Organize and maintain digital and physical files related to properties, transactions, clients, and other important documents.

7. Track expenses, process invoices, and reconcile receipts for the real estate agent and team leader, ensuring accuracy and adherence to budgetary guidelines.

8. Coordinate the creation and delivery of marketing materials such as yard signs, flyers, brochures, and online advertisements.

9. Assist in organizing and coordinating events such as open houses, client appreciation events, and networking functions.

10. Schedule and coordinate open houses, and assist with property inspections, maintenance, and repairs as needed.

11. Conduct research on properties, neighborhoods, market trends, and other relevant topics to support decision-making processes.

12. Liaise with the brokerage compliance team to ensure all transactions meet regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of professionalism and integrity.


**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in a similar role in the real estate industry preferred.

- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Proficiency in calendar management, email correspondence, and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Knowledge of real estate transactions, documentation, and compliance procedures.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.


**Schedule:** Part-time,10-20 hours per week.
