Led by Rob , a Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert (CDRE™), Parks and River lives and breathes in the divorce real estate landscape. We know our clients are dealing with the most complex financial and emotional transactions of their lives. We believe handling these transactions with expertise, neutrality, consistent communication, and empathy has a profound effect on our clients’ ability to start their next chapter and unlock their new normal. Since 2012, Rob has dedicated his career to the real estate industry, which makes him a
sought out expert. Rob has made it his mission to provide such an amazing experience for his clients buying or selling their home that they have the confidence and comfort required to refer him to their friends and family members who are also looking to make a move.

Mr. St. John is an educator in his field. He teaches and mentors other Realtors® by coaching and training them so that they too provide the same level of professionalism to their clients.

Mr. St. John’s knowledge in real estate, leadership, and commitment to excellence for his clientele, allows him to provide the best options for selling the home by focusing on three things:

  1. selling the home for the highest price;
  2. ensuring clients walk away with the most
    money in their pocket; and
  3. providing an experience that is superior to anything else
    available in the marketplace.

This is accomplished through professional and neutral
interaction with all parties involved.

He is also trained in the highly specialized niche of divorce real estate and qualified to provide expertise in real property matters of the marital home, including high conflict and domestic violence cases. Mr. St. John’s services also include providing expert testimony as a neutral third party.

We get it. You have so many questions when it comes to choosing a Realtor to work with, especially if you’re going through a divorce. Below are questions our clients have asked in the past. We believe that one’s ability to recover from the impact of divorce is directly related to the decisions made and actions taken during the process itself.

It is our mission to mitigate the damage caused by misinformation and bad practices. We have developed a tailored approach to the divorce listing process that’s based on neutrality, communication, and empowering divorcing spouses to set themselves up for a faster road to recovery.

We do not charge a premium or additional fees for our services. 

By having more experience in divorce listings than probably any other agent in the country, we often identify problems a mile ahead. Very simple things, such as our intake process and showing coordination, keep a listing on its tracks, whereas applying regular listing practices almost always complicates and delays a situation.

Yes. Rob has graduated from the Illumni Institute and is the only Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert™ in the state of Kentucky. 

That is up to you. Working with our team, we assume there is no communication between you and your ex, so it’s not necessary. We communicate with each of you separately, ensuring you have the space to be transparent and heard, while keeping you both equally informed about the process, the status, and what to expect in the next step.

Yes. We know that good communication means efficiency and can keep fees under control. There are five points in time that we email the attorneys in the case so that they’re aware of what’s going on, including sharing a copy of the closing statement and ensuring that we have the most current court order. Our intent is to keep attorney involvement to a bare minimum; however, we do reach out when we need clarification on something, or if despite our best efforts, we reach an impasse.
